Time Manager

Now I was going to write up some simple time manager to run on the netbook. My thinking is we need the following:

• Ability to sync to the server and retrieve client codes, charge codes, (ie as well as syncing time to the server, you get back other stuff)
• Each client has 'notes' or something so we can store stuff like passwords etc. This is synced to each other
• Ability to manually enter in time, as well as 'start/stop' for real-time
• Ability to write notes about a job
