Time Manager

Now I was going to write up some simple time manager to run on the netbook. My thinking is we need the following:

Ability to sync to the server and retrieve client codes, charge codes, (ie as well as syncing time to the server, you get back other stuff)
Each client has 'notes' or something so we can store stuff like passwords etc. This is synced to each other
Ability to manually enter in time, as well as 'start/stop' for real-time
Ability to write notes about a job
